Mother’s Day Gift Basket

One of the guaranteed nicest days of spring is coming soon – that day is Mother’s Day! As usual, we’re scratching our heads, wondering what to get Mom for her special day. While even thogh we might not have as much to spend as years past, this doesn’t mean you can’t give Mom a terrific gift she’ll absolutely love. So how about giving her a Mother’s Day gift basket.

What makes gift baskets so special is that you can fill them with what ever want. Fruit, chocolate, tea or coffee. How about a beauty spa basket or a basket with her favorite flowers.

Chocolate is a favorite of many mothers. So how about coming to the party, with a giant gift basket filled with her favorite chocolates. You can get them inexpensively and wrap each one individually yourself. Boxes can be expensive, but you can make one too. Wrap that box in festive paper and ribbon, with a lovely rose stuck through the ribbon. Sweet, simply and memorable, and you mother will love it because it was made by you.

If coffee or tea is her day and night beverage, you can put together a handsome Mother’s Day gift basket. Put together an assortment of sample size selection of gourmet coffee or tea bags, along with some cookies, into an attractive basket (that she can use later for another purpose), and tie it all up in tissue and lace.
